Consume Me from the Inside Out Lord

Posted by Weekly Worship On 12:39 PM 0 comments

A thousand times I've failed

Still your mercy remains

And should I stumble again

Still I'm caught in your grace

Everlasting, Your light will shine when all else fades

Never ending, Your glory goes beyond all fame

Your will above all else, my purpose remains

The art of losing myself in bringing you praise

My heart and my soul, Lord I give you control

Consume me from the inside out Lord

Let justice and praise become my embrace

To love You from the inside out

Lyrics taken from “From the Inside Out” by Hillsong United

This song by Hillsong United is my favorite song ever! No matter what I'm feeling this song touches me every time I listen to it. Just reading the lyrics is so moving because every word in this song I can sing from my heart and know I feel the exact same way!

“A thousand times I've failed Still your mercy remains And should I stumble again Still I'm caught in your grace” That's so true, no matter how many times I failed GOD is still there loving and guiding me. WOW that's so awesome. What an AMAZING GOD we have and serve. No matter what difficulties you or I are facing know that GOD is in control and turn every worry every doubt every pain over to him. Turn your eyes and your focus on HIM! Start of this year 2010 with a dedication or a re-dedication to the LORD and give him complete control over your life, heart, and soul! Allow the LORD to Consume you from the inside out.

Psalm 145:2-3 (CEV) “I will praise you each day and always honor your name. You are wonderful, LORD, and you deserve all praise, because you are much greater than anyone can understand.”

Psalm 150:2 (CEV) “Praise our God! His deeds are wonderful, too marvelous to describe.”
