Cookie jar vs person (who took the cookie from the cookie jar)
Career vs you (is this the career path you want)
party vs school (huge test you could fail)
angry vs satisfied (would it be worth the hassle)
Important vs gimmick (worth the humiliating stares if it falls threw)
goals vs no goals(what do you want to be)
praying vs not praying(do you still feel right with connection to God)
beliefs vs non-beliefs(if you are uncertain on what is reality)
Fiction vs non-fiction (What is real and what is make believe)

To be true to one's self you must know all the pros and cons of life just a few examples are listed above . Sometimes we have a situation that we have to go through that we realize might be very challenging but yet worth the trial. I know that temptations are all in the world and some we haven't even seen up close could very well be brewing in the stew pot per say. We must stay true to the path we have chosen believing we will eventually get to the right spot in life where we can laugh at our situations of the past. We can't be jealous and envious of each others fortune and good deeds rather we should try to be our own mirror image. Yes people look at the outer image we must use our heart and minds to get the true perception not every outer image has a nice inside lets not forget that saying (you can't judge a book by its cover) or a wolf in sheep's clothing. to close this passage realize that we should not covet, have other hatreds in our hearts and that if you (Yes you) stay True to yourself and your ideas then yes you will get where you want to be.

Today @PriscillaTagle shares with us the double importance of Praising the Lord.

"I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being." - Psalm 104:33

I once read that we have a double obligation to God, because we we are twice His.
First, we are His because of creation.
Second, we are His because of redemption.

Psalm 148 says that all nature, the sun, the moon, the starts, the planets, even the smallest particle of living organisms, praises the name of the LORD. That includes us, His Creation. We must praise him not only because he made us to his image (Genesis 1:26), but for His everlasting word that gives us comfort and strength in times of need (Psalms 56:4,10), and for his wondrous works that he has done in our lives (1 Chronicles 16:8-9, Psalm 78:4).

Our worship should be a spontaneous act that flows from our heart. Revelation 7:12 says: “Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever." Note it says “for ever and ever”, a never ending worship to the one who gave his life for us, to the one that took those nails and thorns and died at that rugged cross, to the lamb who was slain and has delivered us from death and given us life, to the one who rose up from the grave on the third day and now is seated at the right hand of God, JESUS… He deserves all of our praise!

So, While we remain here on earth let’s bring praise to God for he is worthy of all praise. Ask yourself this question… When was the Last time you lifted your hands and said “Praise the Lord!”? Remember, we must praise him for we are His creation, He made us, and He bought us.

According to John Piper, pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, worship is the one thing that Christians can do hedonistically (Desiring God). We can indulge and overindulge ourselves in worship. I do this at every opportunity and can be seen on Twitter every week night at 9pm Eastern leading Twitter Nightly Worship. Why? I know God’s in it because I cannot NOT do it, it’s not in me to stop. I surround myself with worshipful YouTube videos and some of my favorite worshiping tweeps and we listen together to the same video started at the same time. All participants tweet and retweet the lyrics of the song as inspired and sometimes just make comments like “I love this song.”

Twitter Nightly Worship began by accident. I had a habit of rallying tweeps to pray for people in crisis, nothing unusual there, but I would synchronize the prayers by telling them to begin their prayer at a certain time. One night I was discussing worship music with fellow worship music-lover Marie Wikle @SpreadingJoy and she suggested that I listen to How Great is Our God by Chris Tomlin. I suggested that we could listen to it together by beginning it at exactly 9pm Eastern. There was a flood of retweets due to the popularity of song and the idea that we could worship together by synchronizing the start time. Marie continues to co-lead this with me and we can still get 50+ retweets on our best nights.

Twitter Nightly Worship combined forces with Twivotions who provided the technology and encouragement to allow us to move into a virtual room on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9pm Eastern to play the music and then turn on the webcam and lead a Bible study following it. That has grown so rapidly that we’re looking for new technology that will accommodate the burgeoning crowd that participates.

I not surprised that God would use Twitter, Twitter Nightly Worship and Twivotions in this way. God appears to be completely comfortable with technology. He’s waiting for us to catch up.

The Answer

Today Angie Blevins @GodsWordisTruth shares the message of salvation.
____________________________________________

God is the light when all I see is darkness,

God is the key when I struggle to open the door,

God is the encouragement when all I hear is negativity,

God brings me happiness when all I feel is pain,

God is the sunshine when all I see is rain,

God is my life,

He is the answer to everything.

I was made for him so I live to please him.

God will turn any bad situation into good

so trust and have faith in his son's name.

Jesus Christ has given me eternal life

and could do the same for you.

The choice is up to you.

Jesus Christ wants to have a relationship with you!

Do you want a relationship with him?

It's not to late to accept Christ into your life.

Simple Salvation Prayer:
Lord Jesus, Forgive me for all my sins, I need you and accept you in my heart and life as my Lord and Savior. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. Thank you for giving me eternal life. Have your way with me Lord and make me the person you want and made me to be. In Jesus name AMEN
.
